Q: What happens to my order?
A: Rest assured that your order is safe and unaffected by the current circumstances. We are still delivering orders within the expected 4-week time frame.
Q: When will normal business resume?
A: We are reviewing the situation on a daily basis and being guided by government advice to businesses. Currently, the vast majority of our galleries and head office departments are functioning as normal.
Q: How can I contact you?
A: You can reach us by email, leave us a voicemail, or reach us on any of our social media channels. Art doesn’t stop, and neither do we - thank you for your understanding and we look forward to speaking to you.
For orders of artwork, we advise up to four weeks from placing your order. Many of our pieces are hand made to order just for you here in the UK. We'll always arrange a suitable delivery date with you before dispatching your artwork to ensure it arrives at your convenience.

Books and gift vouchers are delivered within 2-3 working days.
If you've received a text from Castle about delivery, your order is packed and ready and we will be arranging delivery by DPD on the date provided in the text. If you'd like to re-arrange this day, please give us a call on 0121 655 0019.

We're pleased to offer free UK delivery on all artwork and sculpture orders. In most cases you'll receive your delivery by DPD so you can live track your order while it's en route. You'll receive a one hour window and a range of options if you're not able to be around for delivery.
For larger artworks we may use TNT as an alternative delivery service. For these pieces we're unable to provide a one hour time window for delivery but as with all our deliveries we'll always confirm your availability before sending out your artwork.
In some cases where we're not able to use a courier, typically because the artwork is of too delicate a nature (such as works by Nic Joly) then you'll receive a personal delivery from a member of the Castle team. We'll always call you before arranging a delivery to make sure we can fit round you.
For a limited time only, we are pleased to offer free delivery to the United States, usually $99.
Delivery within the EU is available for £50, and will usually be passed to your local or national delivery provider once your order has left the UK. We'll provide you with all the tracking information as soon as your order is ready for delivery.
Delivery outside the EU or United States is available for £120, and will usually be passed to your local or national delivery provider once your order has left the UK. We'll provide you with all the tracking information as soon as your order is ready for delivery.
Carrier services to Russia require us to deliver only to business addresses, so unfortunately we're unable to deliver to a home address.
Good news! If you're outside the EU then in most cases we're able to remove the VAT (UK sales tax) from the price from your order.
You may be liable to pay an import fee, this varies from country to country so you should check your own government website to see what rules apply to you.
If your artwork is being delivered within the EU, then the price you see is the price you'll pay. We are not able to remove UK sales tax for orders being delivered within the European Union.
