What kind of art can I buy?

From sculptures to original artworks and limited editions, we offer a wide spectrum of art. It's just a question of finding the right piece for you. To make this easier, here's a nifty guide.

What is the difference between a limited edition and original artwork?

An original is a one-off piece created by the artist, of which only one exists in the world. Limited edition art is a translation of an original piece. Our highly-skilled atelier team create hand-embellished replicas which are difficult to distinguish from the original piece.

Can I get more information about buying art?

Of course! Our knowledgeable online and gallery art consultants are happy to offer help and advice.

Is all of your art displayed online?

We always try to keep a varied selection of original art online, but because pieces are highly sought-after and sell out quickly, it's not always possible to put them on our website. If you're interested in our full portfolio, please get in touch.

My favourite piece has sold out! Can you help?

Our art consultants are sometimes able to source rare or sold-out pieces. For more information, contact us or visit your local gallery.

How do you prove the authenticity of your art?

We are committed to protecting the integrity of each piece we sell, so artworks come with a bespoke certificate and are signed by the artist. Be careful when buying pieces from a third party, as these are not authenticated by us.

A mini art glossary

Here are a few terms it might be useful to know when browsing our art.

Atelier collection: Uniting the wonderful talents of our painters with quality printmaking, each piece is completed under the direction of the artist and accompanied by certification. Texture, oils and varnishes are applied to the canvas to capture the essence of the original artwork, whilst the signature and edition numbers are on the back to create more of an original look.

Giclée: This is a digital printing process which combines pigment based, fade-resistant inks with archival quality paper to faithfully reflect the vibrant colour, texture and detail of an original artwork.

Silkscreen: A printmaking technique whereby a mesh cloth is stretched over a frame and the design is printed with a squeegee through the open areas of material.

Edition size: Every limited edition artwork in our portfolio is limited to a fixed number to protect its value and authenticity. Your piece will be numbered and hand-signed by the artist (typically on the bottom right-hand corner) to differentiate it from an open edition print, which is cheaper and mass-produced.

Hand-embellished: To make the piece as close to the original as possible, specific areas are highlighted to add texture and detail. This can include adding splashes of paint or metallic elements.
