This hilarious and mouth-watering artwork by Peter Smith puts a new and bizarre spin on the genre of still life painting. What would have been a serene, composed, and classical scene of wine, cheese, and fruit, is wonderfully disrupted by the mischievous Impossimals who bathe in the wine and poke at the cheese. You can view more of their schemes across the Peep Show collection.
A delightful yet dark exploration into the underbelly of the world of Impossimals, Peter and Jayne Smith's 2022 collection Peep Show features naughty neon lights, brilliant booze, and wonderful wine, in a bold and exciting "trifle" of all that makes the pair some of our most popular and extraordinary artists.
You can view the full set of Peep Show here, or learn more about the collection on our blog. Alternatively, shop our range of rare Peter Smith originals on the shop page.
