Request Artwork - Twins Of Manifestation I
Using a striking, yet simple, colour palette Paulo Ferreira fulfils his innate desire to create art and draws inspiration from his own experiences and ideas of abstract minimalism.
Ferreira’s paintings explore the interplay between motion and tranquillity, inspiring a serene, meditative mood in the space they occupy. The raw beauty of the artwork is enthralling, with every drop of colour masterfully placed. The abstractness of the painting creates space for the viewer to find their own meaning.
Defined by a contemporary colour palette, characterised by the use of black and white with pops of primary hues, ‘Twins Of Manifestation I’ reflects Paulo’s connection to introspection and tranquillity. A striking exploration of depth, the infinite and stillness, it’s through the use of abstraction that the artist invites us to find the beauty and magic in endless possibilities and embrace the unknown.
The intentional stillness within the canvas is counteracted with the fluid and subtle colour transitions between the blue and the red, which suggest an ever-unfolding journey. Conveying a world without edges, as if gazing into an endless horizon, and a journey that is boundless, much like the abyss itself, ‘Twins Of Manifestation I’ evokes a sense of quiet contemplation.
Rooted in Ferreira’s background, the rectangular abstract painting carries a deeply spiritual quality. Both commanding and meditative, the perfect balance between the vastness and simplicity creates an atmosphere that is both serene and expansive.
Created to transform any space, ‘Twins Of Manifestation I’ adds a sense of sophistication, harmony and an emotive presence whether displayed as large statement piece or in a minimalist setting.

The artist
Paulo Ferreira
Every aspect of Paulo Ferreira's remarkable life can be seen in each piece of art he creates. His paintings have a distinct abstract minimalist style, heavily experimenting with the use of light and shadow. Working predominantly with high contrast colours, Ferreira explores the contrast between his early life and his life today. He creates his paintings in such a way that with every change of light and angle, you see something completely different. Ferreira says his artwork takes a 'holistic view of creativity', encompassing his relationships with religion and spirituality. The art is both defined yet undefined, leaning into the fluidity within Ferreira himself.
