How to take a winning pic
Whether it's your first or tenth purchase, there's nothing we love more than seeing our artists' work taking pride of place in collectors' homes. To help us see your artwork in all its glory, here are some tips on taking your photograph.
Make sure you take the picture from far enough back that we're able to see how you've styled it within your home. We love how no two people style the same piece in the same way, making the artwork truly unique to the room.
Lighting is key in ensuring we see every detail of your artwork. Natural daylight or just turning your ceiling light on should help us clearly see your photo.
Lastly, make sure to tell us all about your piece and why it's special to you! Nothing makes us happier than hearing from our collectors about what drew them to a particular piece, and why it resonates so strongly with them.

- Your World, Our Art is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
- By sharing your photograph with us, you are giving Castle Fine Art and Washington Green Fine Art to share and use your image both online and in print media for marketing purposes.
- By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound to these terms & conditions.
- Unless otherwise stated, our prize draws and competitions are open to all, except employees of the company.
- This contest is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media networks.
- The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the competition closing date.
- Winners who receive the £100/$100 voucher option will be subject to a minimum spend of £200/$200 and only one voucher is valid per transaction.
- For artist takeover competitions, the final prize offered will be chosen by the company and is non-negotiable.
- No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
- Castle Fine Art is compliant with data protection regulations and will not pass your details onto any third parties without your prior consent.
- The company reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
