Psychedelic, passionate and powerful, The Dark Knights by wildlife artist Robert Oxley features vivid pops of colour emerging from dark backgrounds that capture the stealth and beauty of big cats as well as the importance of protecting them.
Named after the Arthurian legend that has also become synonymous with the Batman film trilogy, Robert similarly wanted to show his cats as "neither good nor bad…as a stealthy power that lurks in the shadows, ready to strike its prey."
The canvases are 100% cotton, creating a premium high-definition effect, coupled with a high-gloss acrylic giclée varnish which offers a great depth of colour and extra UV protection. Included in this set are:
