The story begins with evil Baron Zemo ordering Agent 13 (who is posing as a spy) to execute Captain America and Black Panther, before using a solar ray to destroy the United States. Agent 13 convinces Baron Zemo that they can execute the heroes after they unleash havoc on America but at the first opportunity she destroys the solar ray controls and joins Captain America and Black Panther in the fight against Baron Zemo…
