Originally released in 2005, this touching scene illustrates the birth of Pebbles Flintstone and is taken from the episode 'The Blessed Event', which aired in February 1963. Best-loved for its humorous depiction of family life in the Stone Age, The Flintstones was the first animated series to hold a prime-time slot on television, and was brought to life by animation artists including Bob Singer.
The vivid colours of the original artwork were captured by tracing and hand-painting onto the cel using original Hanna-Barbera colours, with the paper background created using the giclée printing process. Featuring a seal of authenticity and hand-framed by our specialist team, this vibrant artwork is a must-have for any cartoon fan.
