Nature is pitted against the vices of the modern world in this thought-provoking artwork by the British sculptor and former engineer.
The two opposing sides are mirrored in composition, shape and layout to symbolise the choices we make about what is important to us. Metallic elements and a glass finish complement the razor-sharp detail, which was originally created by a process of giclée-printing on the back of toughened glass before adding a chrome foil to give an amazing highlight effect.
Dan says: “I hope that this print, when hanging in people’s homes, will be a gentle reminder to admire and take note of the things that may only be around for the shortest of times – whatever they may be.”
