Since its inception in 2007, The Drawn Blank Series by Bob Dylan has gained worldwide momentum and the influential singer-songwriter has since continued to revisit the series; his bold stylistic approach evolving with every release.
In this 2016 collection, one can see the original sketches from his tours between 1989 and 1992 transform with Dylan's expressive application of colour and texture. According to art critic and broadcaster Andrew Graham Dixon: "each 'worked' version of a drawing might be compared to a fresh performance of an old song."
