Taken from Stuart’s Lost Lives//Split Personalities collection, this multilayered artwork fuses his musical inspirations with a desire to reveal the many sides of the individual behind their artform.
This piece depicts the late American star Elvis Presley, who shot to fame in the 1950s after successful songs like ‘Heartbreak Hotel’, ‘Hound Dog’, and ‘Love Me Tender’.
Stuart adds: “What can I say? Elvis changed the face of music. His influence continues today, and will do forever. The spotlight on Elvis is very appropriate. Hailed the ‘King of Rock and Roll’, the eternal light will shine on him.”
