Castle Fine Art is passionate about what we do!
As a company that has provided high quality artwork in the UK and overseas for almost thirty years, we know that we can only do what we do so well, because of our amazing people.
We are still owner-managed and maybe because of this, our people remain driven by creative inspiration and a strong ambition to be the best. As we continue to see our business grow as the UK’s leading fine art retailer, we know that we need to continue to invest in first-rate people.
As part of the Castle Team , we offer comprehensive on the job training from day one, with external development opportunities, generous staff discounts on our beautiful artworks and sculptures, as well as excellent external benefits for personal and financial wellbeing through our benefits partner.
We’re always on the lookout for sales-driven people who want to connect our fantastic artwork with clients in one of our 38 UK galleries, to help brighten their homes and workspaces. We seek out organised and efficient individuals looking to help streamline procedures at our state-of-the-art Head Office at the Mailbox, and we’re passionate to find new skilled colleagues who have the talent to work in our manufacturing site, located at spitfire park.
And That Could Be You!
About
Our People

Ian - Managing Director
Ian started the business with his brother Darren and is still very much the heart of Castle Fine Art!
This is the best job in the world - we get to work with art for a living! We could be in the industry of double glazing, mobile phones, life insurance, jewellery, but we're not - we sell art, which I believe, is humanity's greatest achievement. Art speaks to our souls and enriches our lives, it never wears out, it never breaks down and its value is often greater than its cost.

Rach - Gallery Manager, Birmingham
Rach had done varied selling roles for years before joining Castle and is now the manager of our Flagship Gallery here in Birmingham!
I joined the business without any formal art background, Castle’s training programme and the everyday learning has proved that if you can sell, knowledge is key and there is also support. Even though we are a mid-sized company, the family ethos remains the same - of us all backing each other.

Nicola - Gallery Manager, Chester
Nicola was a gallery assistant and head of art before moving into sales at John Lewis, she chose to combine those passions here!
I've really extended my knowledge here, whether it be a deeper understanding of the art or a greater ability to sell, to become a better manager or just get over my fear of making phone calls! The lessons just keep coming!

Sergio – Gallery Manager, Oxford
Sergio was working as manager of LUSH in Oxford Street, London before making the decision to combine his selling skill with his passion for art!
While I absolutely love connecting clients with artwork that resonates with them, one of the most fulfilling aspects of my role as a Gallery Manager is seeing my team grow and succeed. There’s nothing more rewarding than mentoring someone, building their confidence, and watching them shine, whether it’s closing their first major sale or developing their own client
relationships

Simi – Art Consultant, E-Commerce
Simi comes from an art background, having studied Fine Art. She wanted to use that knowledge to help others on their art journey!
My favourite part of the role is the people I work with who have not only become my team, but an extension of my family. They are kind, warm and instantly made me feel welcomed and supported. I feel lucky I get to come to work every day and be around such incredible people with incredible stories, who have also added to my personal development.

Christy - Designer
Christy joined the Castle Family straight out of university and has now been an integral part of the design team for 11 years!
I love designing for physical items - I have created displays for gallery windows and interior, as well as 5 large art books / coffee table books, including the 200-page Bob Barker From Yesterday To Here book. It's incredibly fulfilling to see the hard work I've put in as tangible items in real life.
