Rich with symbolism and alive with contrast, this new work seeks to amplify the organic elements that have long been central to Dan Lane’s artistic practice. Nature has always been a powerful force in his creations, but with Take Me Back to Eden, he is pushing those themes, further elevating them to their most intricate and expressive forms.
Exploring the botanical world as a bold and commanding presence, Lane’s aim is to capture the tension between nature and the human condition, between strength and fragility, how flora stands resilient and elegant amidst the complexities of modern existence.
The collection also marks a significant development in Lane’s technical approach and will showcase new levels of detail, each piece executed with his incredible craftsmanship and distinctive aesthetic.

All our artwork is made to order in Birmingham, UK, ensuring top quality. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery. Each piece is carefully crafted to meet our high standards.
If you order multiple artworks, they may arrive separately for efficiency.
Returns
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period so you can view the artwork in your home. If it's not right for you, we’ll collect it free of charge or you can return it to one of our galleries.

Original Artwork
An original work of art is a one-off piece which is made by the artist themselves and there is only ever one of these pieces available. When you buy an original piece of work, it comes with the knowledge that you own something incredibly special, almost a piece of the creator themselves.
Packaging
To ensure a secure transit, every sculpture is handled with utmost care. We take precautionary measures by using foam around the piece for added safety during transportation.
The artist
Dan Lane
Dan Lane's works certainly have a contemporary, urban edge, but as an artist, he is hugely influenced by the Renaissance. He is inspired by the sculptures found in churches and cathedrals around the world, particularly the flamboyant styling of the Italian sculptor and architect Gian Lorenzo Bernini, the artist credited with creating the Baroque style of sculpture, and other Italian artistic geniuses Michelangelo and Antonio Canova.
Nature also influences Dan's art, with many pieces featuring flowers, insects, and birds. For his original 3D sculptures, Dan experiments with colours, finishes and textures. These include crushed glass, gold and silver leaf, marble, bronze, and glass diamonds.

Yes, Castle Fine Art is based in the UK, but we ship internationally. All of our international orders are delivered via DHL.
To ensure a secure transit, every artwork is handled with utmost care. We take precautionary measures by using foam around the piece for added safety during transportation, and then the artwork(s) are packaged in double-walled, reinforced cardboard boxes that offer superior protection. All of this ensures that your artwork arrives safely.
Most artwork orders will need to be professionally mounted and framed before being dispatched, so delivery can take up to four weeks from the date you placed your order, but we do strive to deliver your order as soon as we can.
Books and gift cards are delivered within 2-3 working days. Please note, if multiple artworks are purchased within the same order, they may be delivered separately for efficient delivery.
The majority of our originals and limited editions are hand signed by the artist themselves. On some occasions where we have limited edition sculptures, this is hand written into the mould before production. If you're unsure, please contact us.
