Elysium

In “Elysium”, Rowan’s created a beautiful landscape with incredible details in blue tones. The sky takes full stage, enhanced by the electrifying blues, the details on the mountains, the clouds, and the overall depth of the piece. The background in vibrant colours evokes a sense of grandiosity, highlighted in the white accents. Richard worked meticulously to add this hand-painted background that preserves the shades of oil beneath the layers, before piercing through them to add depth and texture.
