This original artwork is all about the genius that is David Bowie. Depicting a 1972 photograph of the star, it also features an article on him from 1972.
Inspired by the endless array of imagery surrounding Bowie that earned him the reputation of a chameleon, the Bisaillon Brothers were also inspired to create this piece as part of their Pop Collection which sees them incorporate Jeffrey's abstract application of acrylic paint and Michael's own trinary code. In this case, the featured code translates to 'DavidBowie'.
Interpreting the world around us in the form of recognisable figures and iconic events, the bright colours of the Pop Collection combine with their serene resin texture to add a vibrant and modern splash to any home. To read more on the Bisaillon Brothers' artwork, you can visit our blog.
