These are unprecedented times and, like all other responsible businesses, our commitment is to protecting the wellbeing of our staff, artists and our collectors. We are constantly monitoring developments, and have taken steps in line with government guidelines to safeguard our teams. In this period of transition, we have been able to reopen the majority of our galleries, but we advise you to check their opening hours here, as these will vary.
Ahead of opening our doors, we undertook rigorous cleaning in all of our galleries, installed social-distancing floor markings and set up a clearly marked sanitation point in all galleries, where everyone is encouraged to make use of the hygiene materials available.
Our latest protocol review includes in the wearing of face coverings indoors. Current advice varies by region, you can find guidelines for your region here. If you don’t have a mask but would like to use one, please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to provide one for you.
We realise that not everyone will feel comfortable to visit us during normal opening hours, and so private appointments are available upon request. If you would like to arrange a time and date to visit out of hours, please contact your local gallery directly and they will be pleased to help.
We’ve really missed our collectors, and can’t wait to welcome you back into our galleries very soon!
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We are currently operating with a reduced team, which means that we may not always be able to meet our usual 4 week delivery time frame. A member of our team will be in touch to arrange delivery when your order is ready, and you are more than welcome to contact us for an update at any time.
Q: When will normal business resume?
A: We are reviewing the situation on a daily basis and being guided by Government advice to businesses. We are delighted that we have been able to reopen the majority of our galleries and, while we have had to make certain adjustments to the way we operate them, we expect things will gradually return to normal. Our online business continues to operate largely unaffected.
Q: How can I contact you?
A: You can reach us by phone or email, we are on hand to answer any questions you may have about an existing order or future purchase. Art doesn’t stop, and neither do we! You can be assured that we will do our very best to maintain the level of service we take pride in, even in these unusual times.
