Fine Art Collector | Autumn 2021

Available to collect at your local Castle Fine Art gallery, the latest issue of our free art magazine is out now! Featuring all of our latest art, along with helpful tips on how to hang your new piece, interior design trends, exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes updates, this glossy magazine is great for some me-time or reading on the go.

In this issue, we visit our cover star Whatshisname's London studio to find out how he creates his Jeff Koons-style balloon dogs, get a masterclass in art forgery from the infamous John Myatt, and discover more about Sir Billy Connolly's first-ever autobiography.

Our interactive digital version is readable on a mobile phone, PC or tablet. Click on the artworks to be taken to the piece to find out more, or hit the share button to send a subtle hint ahead of Christmas.

Art and home décor trends

Our new magazine series explores the latest inspirations from fashion, television and social media. We work with interior designers to help you find the art you love, and this issue we're embracing the more-is-more aesthetic of maximalism (rumoured to be a favourite of Princess Anne!), along with retro art ,'90s urban style and the international trends of regional art and craftsmanship. Along with inspiration on how to style your art, we give you a glimpse of some of the amazing original art we have in our archives.

Sustainability and our ethos

Our brand mission is built on a passion for making art accessible for all. Our community work this year has included a giant balloon dog installation in Covent Garden for the Blue Cross pet charity, collaborating with Birmingham Women's Hospital for an uplifting corridor display, and donating to J.K. Rowling's Lumos charity, which helps to transform care systems around the world. We're also working hard to keep our art sustainable: we print on a 100% cotton paper on canvas, and work with Forest Stewardship Council certified suppliers to ensure that our frames and printed materials (including our magazine!) are helping to protect our environment.

High street collaborations

Discover more about our artist Alex Echo's launch with the British high street retailer Next and the Parkinson's UK charity. The exclusive range of home accessories and kids’ t-shirts features his popular LOVE design, with 100% of the profits going towards funding vital services to support those with the progressive nervous system disorder. Elsewhere, we collaborated with the two Michelin-starred restaurant Moor Hall to create a bespoke display of artwork within their beautiful Grade II*-listed property in West Lancashire.
