A sweet collaboration to support the NHS

COCO chocolatier has unveiled a limited edition collection of its single origin ethical chocolate bars. The ‘Thank You NHS’ collection was created to support and show gratitude for the outstanding work carried out by NHS during the Coronavirus outbreak. It features artworks donated by Sir Billy Connolly, Andrew Rae and Portis Wasp.

Sir Billy Connolly is known for supporting charities and foundations like Parkinson’s UK, Comic Relief, Whatever It Takes, and 21st Century Leaders. He's also a patron of the National Association for Bikers with a Disability and The Celtic FC Foundation. In October 2017 he was knighted in Buckingham Palace by Prince William for services to entertainment and charity.

Combining  art with  their single origin ethical chocolate, COCO chocolatier feature artworks from contemporary artists on their wrappers. The 'Thank You NHS' collection comprises of three chocolate bars. 'Blue Angel’ by Sir Billy Connolly adorns the packaging of the Isle of Skye Sea Salt Dark chocolate bar, ‘National Hero Service’ by Andrew Rae decorates on the Colombian Dark Bar and ‘We Heart You’ by Portis Wasp features on Colombian Milk bar.

Each bar is priced at £8.50, with £5 donated to an NHS charity for every purchase.
