25 years of Sonic the Hedgehog | Sega
In 2016, we joined forces with SEGA Europe Limited to create a new collection celebrating the 25th anniversary of Sonic the Hedgehog.
Boasting 25 original pieces from a selection of the UK’s leading contemporary artists, supported by a body of limited edition publishing, Sonic 25 pays homage to the iconic video game character who has been racing through games, TV, mobile, merchandise and more for over two decades.
Eight of our artists - including Nic Joly, Frédéric Daty and Dan Lane - reimagined Sonic the Hedgehog in their own inimitable styles.
Featuring work by Craig Davison, Keith Maiden, Paul Kenton and Robert Oxley, each giclée on paper four-piece portfolio set is presented with a certificate of authenticity co-signed by both the artist and Naoto Ohshima, one of the founding members and designers of the Sonic franchise.
