This original pencil sketch by global musician and artist Ronnie Wood depicts a moment when The Rolling Stones played at Marquee Club in London, 1994. Skilful in its rendering of human figures, it also boasts an effective portrayal of movement as the instruments and musicians appear to almost vibrate off the sketchpad page; now mounted and framed.
Ronnie's love affair with art actually predates his rock career, dropping out of Ealing Art College to join the band The Birds in 1964. Even during his legendary career as guitarist for The Rolling Stones after 1976, Ronnie continued to create artworks and he made many sketches while touring the world with the band.
