Hand-signed by the global musician and artist himself, this minimalist portrait by Ronnie Wood portrays American bass player Darryl Jones who played and toured with The Rolling Stones since 1999. Skilful in its rendering of human form, his facial features are expertly captured on paper; now mounted and framed.
Ronnie's love affair with art actually predates his rock career, dropping out of Ealing Art College to join the band The Birds in 1964. Even during his legendary career as guitarist for The Rolling Stones after 1976, Ronnie continued to create artworks and he made many sketches while touring the world with the band.
