Raphael Mazzucco's unique Exposure collection was highly influenced by his original home in Montauk NY.
The genesis of this collection began with a 2000 square foot shipping container that Raphael acquired from New Jersey’s shipping dock with the intention to utilise it as a dark room for monoprinting. Using this to create imposing silhouettes from a variety of female models on large pieces of photo paper, Raphael also added natural forms that he acquired from around the exterior of the container. From leaves in the large maple trees to plants from his Japanese garden.
