Inspired by David Attenborough’s new BBC One documentary, Seven Worlds, One Planet, Robert Oxley created this drip-effect artwork to celebrate the near-threatened Pallas’s cat.
Found in Russia and central Asia, this species has large, owl-like eyes and short, rounded ears. Although comparable in size to a domestic house cat, they appear much larger because of their thick fur! Pallas’s cats are at threat due to over-hunting and poaching.
