An original production cel created by Disney during the production of One Hundred and One Dalmatians in 1961.

After the new film adaptation of the infamous villainess graced our screens, this original production cel from Disney's 1961 animated film 101 Dalmatians reminds us of Cruella De Vil as we first saw her.

This cel or celluloid would have been used in the original production process after an animators' original drawing was traced onto a sheet of transparent plastic and hand-painted in colour. Then projected in front of a separate hand-painted background via a multiplane camera, the cel formed a minute yet crucial movement in the final film.
